Terms and Conditions

  1. The Connection Club Card is issued by and remains the property of Perfumania Pty Ltd.
  2. Perfumania Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions of operation of The Connection Club Card program at any time including terminate the program at its discretion.  No alteration, amendment or termination of the program will affect any points / value redemption which have already been issued at the time of any alteration, amendment or termination of the program.
  3. All participants in The Connection Club Card program must be residents of Australia.
  4. The Connection Club Card can be used at all Perfume Connection or Fragrance Stop stores across Australia. For a list of stores visit the perfume connection website.
  5. Points are not awarded for purchases of gift vouchers and on selected products that have been excluded from the program as noted in advertising material or where highlighted at store level.
  6. The Connection Club Card cannot be used as a credit card.
  7. To earn points The Connection Club Card must be presented at the register when making a purchase. Points cannot be claimed retrospectively.
  8. If the card is not available at time of purchase, the authorized card holder may present photo identification or two other forms of identification so that Perfumania staff can manually register the customer’s purchase and resulting points onto their account, The store manager’s will authorize the transaction at their discretion once the  alternative forms of identification have been verified.
  9. One dollar spent is equal to four points. To illustrate this, If a customer spends $250 in a quarter, the customer will earn 1,000 points, which in turn enables the customer to a $10 cashback voucher. The voucher will be printed at the point of sale and can be redeemed on any future purchases.
  10. Unused points roll over each quarter and continue to accumulate, however, the value of the voucher is dependent on the actual amount spent in the same quarter.
  11. Connection Club Card points are displayed on the sales docket after each purchase. The points are calculated based on the whole dollars paid, inclusive of GST.
  12. The assessment period for points calculation is determined by the following quarterly periods -  March, June, September, December. Any variation to these periods will be notified via in-store and through member email.
  13. Points are valid for a maximum of two years from the time they were first earned. Points will expire after this period if they remain unused.
  14. Bonus Points will be offered from time to time during special promotions on selected merchandise – these points can be earned in addition to normal Connection Club Card points.
  15. On reaching the required points per quarter and on your next visit to a Perfume Connection or Fragrance Stop store, a cashback voucher will be issued which can be used on any purchase in-store. Vouchers issued must be used within two years of issue date. If voucher is not used within two years of issue date, they will expire.
  16. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  17. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that vouchers are stored carefully.
  18. Points cannot be earned when vouchers are used as a tender type to pay for a transaction.
  19. Points cannot be transferred from one member to another.
  20. If you lose your Connection Club Card, it is your responsibility to contact Perfumania by visiting your closest store, calling 1300 360 395 or emailing connectionclub@perfumeconnection.com.au with your details.  On advice and subject to identification checks a new card will be issued and points transferred to a new card.
  21. The promoter of the Connection Club Card is Perfumania Pty Ltd located at 162 Williams Road, Prahran, VIC 3181.
